30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

IceShark Immobilien offers new customers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on their first paid purchase as part of a promotional campaign. This guarantee applies exclusively to first-time purchases, provided it was advertised on the website at the time of registration, and can only be claimed once per customer.

This is a voluntary marketing offer by IceShark Immobilien. There is no statutory right to a refund for digital products and memberships in Switzerland.

Eligible are new customers who purchase a paid membership at IceShark Immobilien for the first time, and for whom this guarantee was advertised on the website at the time of registration. The guarantee can only be claimed once per person and account and is non-transferable.

To claim the guarantee, a brief notification by email to immobilien@iceshark.ch is sufficient, within 30 calendar days from the date of registration.

The notification must include a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations. Your feedback helps us to continuously improve the platform.

Upon confirmation of the refund by IceShark Immobilien, your subscription will be deactivated and the paid amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

There is no entitlement to continued use of the platform after a refund has been made. After a refund, re-registration with the same account details is possible, but the guarantee does not apply to a second purchase.

This guarantee is a voluntary promotional offer and only applies if it was actively advertised on the IceShark Immobilien website at the time of your registration. IceShark Immobilien reserves the right to end or modify this promotion at any time. For future registrations, the offer active at the time of registration applies.
